Let’s get to know each other. I’ll ask you some questions to get an idea of where you are at now
and where you would like to be.
We'll go over my coaching style in order to assess if we will be a good fit for each other. Being a good fit is key! If you aren’t comfortable with me, the coaching process isn’t going to work.
This complementary consultation typically lasts between 30 – 60 minutes.
Once you've decided to move forward with coaching, we set up our first session.
Prepare for your first session
You have an option to meet over the phone or Zoom conference.
Sessions last 30 – 45 minutes depending
on what the client chooses.
This will help me understand how you view the world you live in and your interpretations of what you experience.

You set the agenda. You decide what you want to work on each session. You’re in charge!
As we continue our work together, we'll focus on the areas that you're concerned about. I'll provide insight, ask empowering questions that help you clarify what it is that you really want.
We'll use various modalities to address and overcome blocks that could be getting in the way of you achieving the life you want.
Together, you'll always have my support, accountability, compassion and resources to help you get where you want to be.
